It is a cultural approach, a know-how that took years to build. All THUNDER products are made in Malta, fragrances are made elsewhere in the EU.
We offer free express shipping with all orders. From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, we deliver in 7-10 business days. All orders are processed Monday through Saturday (Saturday only where the service is available and has been selected), excluding Sunday and holidays. THUNDER cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control.
We ship orders anywhere worldwide. At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location. We are also unable to deliver items purchased online to one of our boutiques. We can deliver to home and company addresses where someone is available to sign for the package upon delivery.
For security reasons, for all purchases made on truenodizzy.com or by-thunder.com need the signature of the client (or of an adult nominated representative). All orders are delivered by FedEx/TNT. The courier may require the person who collects the package to show his/her ID. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will make a total of 3 delivery attempts, generally on 3 consecutive business days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, the package will be returned to THUNDER. THUNDER will try to contact the client and to re-ship the package. In case of failure to deliver the package, THUNDER will cancel the order and reimburse the client.
Returns and exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
